Anthropic rolls out enterprise data safeguards after customer pushback
Anthropic is replacing its 30-day data-retention rule for enterprise customers with Enterprise Frontier Safeguards that let clients control data review, storage, and automated safety monitoring on their own systems, free of charge; rollout is phased with broader availability this fall and does not affect non-enterprise Mythos/Claude users, as the move coincides with its Salesforce partnership and competitive dynamics with OpenAI.
