Hit-and-Run and Drunk Driving Accidents Plague Oklahoma City
A 19-year-old driver, Winter Winstead, has been accused of causing an accident with injuries in Evansville, Indiana. Two passengers were found nearby, and one of them had a busted lip from the crash. Winstead was still in the car and smelled like alcohol. She initially denied being the driver but later admitted to driving after drinking. She failed field sobriety tests and was taken to the hospital and then to jail.
