Hit-and-Run: Cedar Rapids Man Faces Possible Charges for Fleeing Crash Scene
A Cedar Rapids man may face charges after allegedly fleeing the scene of a crash near Cedar River Road and Highway 30. The driver of a car failed to yield and collided with another car, but the driver of the second car was not injured. The first driver fled on a motorized bicycle but was later found by police.
