Rewards Offered for Information on Cat Shot with Arrow in Metro Detroit
Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for shooting Santana the cat with an arrow. The cat had the arrow lodged in him for at least 24 hours, causing collapsed lungs, but underwent life-saving surgery.
