Tragedy at Caswell Memorial: 17-year-old drowns during rafting incident
A 17-year-old boy, Gabriel Santiago, went underwater while rafting at Caswell Memorial State Park in Ripon, California, and was recovered dead Sunday after a search that began Saturday; the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office is investigating with boating safety, UAS, and fire crews involved.
