Diablo 4 to Fix Inventory Clutter with Gem Update
Blizzard has confirmed that it will fix the gem problem in Diablo IV by changing the way players acquire gems so that they show up in the materials or currency tab instead of the inventory. This change won't be added to the game until around season two, which is likely to happen in October or early November. The crafting resource limits are also being increased to help players hoard more gems when the change goes live.
