"Georgia Court to Hear Trump's Case Against Fani Willis in December"
The Georgia Court of Appeals will hear arguments on December 5 regarding former President Donald Trump's effort to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the case alleging a scheme to overturn Georgia's 2020 presidential election results. This follows a decision by Judge Scott McAfee allowing Willis to continue prosecuting the case, provided a special prosecutor with whom she had a personal relationship withdrew. The appeals court's ruling is expected by March 14, 2025, and the prosecution remains on hold until then.
