Chicago Secures 2024 Democratic National Convention
The Democratic Party has chosen Chicago as the location for its 2024 presidential nominating convention, which will be held from August 19-22 at the United Center. The decision was made to highlight the importance of the Great Lakes states in the party's electoral coalition. Chicago beat out Atlanta and New York City for the honor. The Republican Party will hold its convention in Milwaukee in July 2024.
