Florida Man's Reckless Encounter with Trooper Highlights Weekend of Danger
A man in Florida, identified as Matthew Timothy Reiter, was arrested after allegedly pulling a gun on an off-duty trooper during a traffic jam on SR-570. The suspect drove alongside the trooper's vehicle, displaying a firearm and eventually pointing it at the trooper. After reporting the incident, troopers located Reiter at his home in Auburndale and found five firearms in his possession. He has been charged with unlawful display of a weapon and aggravated assault with a weapon.
