Racial Slurs and Threats at Bradley Airport Sandwich Shop Lead to Arrest and Charges
A man from Wisconsin, Michael Barnet, has been arrested at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut after allegedly using racial slurs and threatening a Black female employee at a sandwich shop. He has been charged with breach of peace, intimidation based on bigotry or bias, and threatening. The Connecticut State Police Hate Crimes Unit was notified of the incident. Barnet has been released on a $2,500 bond and is due in court on April 25.
