Finnish Driver Fined Over €120,000 for Speeding
A wealthy driver in Finland has been fined €121,000 ($129,544) for driving 82 km/h (51 mph) in a 50 km/h (31 mph) zone. The fine was calculated based on the offender's income. This is not the first time the driver, Anders Wiklöf, has been caught speeding, having been fined €63,680 ($68,176) in 2018 and €95,000 ($102,000) five years earlier. Wiklöf is the chairman of a holding company that includes businesses in various sectors.
