Fatal San Francisco Carjacking Chase Ends in Tragedy.
A police chase in San Francisco of a stolen city vehicle ended in a fatal crash at 16th and Potrero, injuring at least four others. The chase was in response to a reported carjacking earlier in the day. One pedestrian was killed and the suspected carjacker was among those injured. The incident was unrelated to an assault on a traffic enforcement officer that occurred nearby. One person has been arrested for the carjacking. Roads were closed in the area following the crash.
