Fox News Reporter Alleges Retaliation and False Coverage in Lawsuit
Former Fox News reporter, Jason Donner, has filed a lawsuit against the network, alleging discrimination and retaliation for his termination after speaking out against false coverage of the 2020 U.S. election and the Capitol riot. Donner claims that he was targeted for raising concerns about false statements allowed on air and that the work environment became toxic for reporters trying to report truthfully. He also criticized Fox News for its lack of support following the riot and accused host Tucker Carlson of spreading false information. Fox News is currently facing multiple lawsuits over its coverage of the election and the riot.
