June's brings vintage glamour and cozy vibes to Boise's Empire Theatre space
A new neighborhood bar named June's is set to open early next year in the historic Empire Theatre building at 619 W Main St in downtown Boise. Owner Lydia Sakolsky-Basquill describes June's as blending Old Hollywood glamour with the comforting vibe of a swanky grandmother's living room, featuring a vintage-inspired interior and classic cocktails. The space, formerly Idaho Blueprint & Supply Co. for 113 years, has been vacant since December 2022; previous plans for a bar in the same space (The Stag Bar) did not move forward.
