KCK officer cleared of charges in fatal shooting of DoorDash driver
A Kansas City police officer who shot and killed a DoorDash driver in April will not face criminal charges, as the Wyandotte County District Attorney's office determined the officer used justified force in the situation. The officer still faces administrative matters and a civil lawsuit.
