Armed Suspect Dead After Standoff with Police in Indiana Apartment Complex
A man who exchanged gunfire with police during an hours-long standoff in Kendallville, Indiana, has died. The suspect, who was barricaded inside an apartment, was armed with a high-powered rifle and fired hundreds of rounds. No one besides the suspect was hurt in the standoff. Police used drones, flash bangs, and water hoses in their efforts to get the man to surrender. Crime scene investigators will likely be at the apartment complex all day Thursday.
