Lori Vallow will no longer face the death penalty if convicted of murder and conspiracy in the killings of her two children and Chad Daybell's ex-wife, due to late disclosure of evidence by state prosecutors. The judge ruled that the death penalty will be taken off the table to ensure a fair defense, as the late disclosure could have led to a capital conviction being overturned on appeal. Chad Daybell's trial will be separate from Vallow's.
