
2-year-old at center of Amber Alert found safe, suspect in custody
A 2-year-old boy who was kidnapped by his father in Rome, Georgia, triggering an Amber Alert, has been found safe and unharmed. The father, Jackie Tucker, was tracked via his cellphone and surrendered to police. He is facing charges of kidnapping, cruelty to a child, obstruction of a 911 call, and battery under the Family Violence Act. Georgia's Amber Alert system is called Levi's Call and was named after a 6th grader who was found dead in 1997.
