Dua Lipa hit with multiple lawsuits over 'Levitating'
Singer Dua Lipa is facing a multi-million dollar copyright claim filed by musician Bosko Kante, who alleges that she used his talk box recording without permission in remixes of her hit single Levitating. The legal action, seeking over $20 million, claims that Dua Lipa had permission to use the talk box on the original recording but not on any remixes. This is not the first copyright claim the singer has faced over Levitating, with a previous complaint dismissed in June and another claim by songwriters Sandy Linzer and L. Russell Brown still ongoing.
