Tragic Shooting: Edmond Police Lieutenant Fatally Shoots Brother at Apartment Complex
An off-duty Edmond Police lieutenant, Jennifer Haddock, was arrested on a first-degree manslaughter complaint after shooting and killing her brother at an apartment complex. The incident occurred near East 15th and South Rankin streets, and police responded to the scene, but the 36-year-old man was pronounced dead. Haddock has been placed on administrative leave as the investigation continues.
