The skeletal remains found near a Lincoln County Dollar General store have been identified as those of Jim Dennis Ramsey, a 53-year-old man who went missing in 2022. Ramsey's remains were discovered after a customer reported finding a human skull in the woods. Authorities do not suspect foul play in his death.
