Exonerated Texan Arrested Again for Fatal Shooting in Road Rage Incident
Lydell Grant, who was previously exonerated after serving 8 years in prison for a wrongful murder conviction, has been arrested and charged with murder in a fatal road rage incident in Houston. Grant is accused of fatally shooting Edwin Arevalo, 33, after Arevalo struck Grant's Lexus. Grant was taken into custody by members of the HPD SWAT and Southwest Patrol Division Crime Suppression Teams without incident. Grant's bond has been set at $1 million.
