Mayur Kamat, the head of product at cryptocurrency exchange Binance, has announced his departure from the company after nearly two years. Kamat stated that he is passing on product leadership to the next generation and taking some time off after 20 years of continuous product work. This comes as Binance faces increasing scrutiny from regulators worldwide, leading to a recent exodus of key executives. Kamat, an early adopter of Bitcoin, joined Binance in 2022 and played a role in growing the platform's user base.
