
"Omaha Man Receives Prison Sentence for Sex Offender Registration Failure"
An Omaha man, Michael Blaine Lee, has been sentenced to 121 months in prison for his involvement in a methamphetamine conspiracy. Lee's co-defendant, Jose Rumualdo-Gallardo, was sentenced to 180 months in prison. In separate hearings, Erika Lopez-Garcia and Gabriel Rubio-Quevedo were sentenced to nine years in prison each for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Derric Shy was sentenced to 121 months in prison for the distribution and possession of child pornography. Alberto Mejia was sentenced to 90 months in prison for possession of child pornography. Marco Lopez was sentenced to 135 months in prison for robbery and brandishing a firearm during a violent crime. Lastly, Mark Bernal was sentenced to five months in prison for failing to register as a sex offender.
