Newly Released Police Shooting Videos Surface in Chicago and Indianapolis
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has released surveillance footage and bodycam footage detailing the incident that led to police shooting accused carjacker Michael Barnes on March 29. Barnes was wanted out of Grant County on gun, drug, and theft charges and now faces additional charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, two counts of resisting law enforcement, two counts of pointing a firearm at another, and a misdemeanor charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
