Illumination/Universal's Super Mario Bros Movie sets a new Monday record with $20.1M, beating out Sing's previous record. The movie's six-day total is $224.7M, and it could potentially reach $500M-$600M domestically. It is the second-best Monday ever for a Universal title after Jurassic World and the third-best Monday for April. Other movies in the top three include Avengers: Endgame and Avengers: Infinity War.
