Walmart Agrees to $10 Million Settlement Over Money Transfer Fraud
Walmart has agreed to pay $10 million to settle a FTC lawsuit accusing it of ignoring warning signs of fraudsters using its money transfer services to scam consumers, and has agreed to improve its fraud detection measures, without admitting wrongdoing.
