Child Abandoned in Car Theft, Suspect Arrested.
A man stole a car with a 1-year-old child inside in Sacramento County, but dropped off the child a short distance away before being arrested after the car was recovered in Rancho Cordova. The child and mother have since been reunited, and no injuries were reported.
