"World's Largest Playable Donkey Kong Arcade Game Coming to Strong Museum"
The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, New York, is building the world's largest playable Donkey Kong arcade cabinet, standing nearly 20 feet tall, as part of its 90,000 square-foot expansion dedicated to the history of video games. The arcade game will be available for guests to play via a smaller, human-sized control panel located at the base of the machine. Nintendo of America provided input on the project, and the game will run on a motherboard from an original Donkey Kong cabinet.
