Long-Awaited Justice: Man Indicted for 23-Year-Old West Virginia Murder Case
A West Virginia man, Larry Webb, has been indicted on a murder charge in the disappearance of 10-year-old Natasha "Alex" Carter and her mother, Susan Carter, more than 23 years ago. The pair went missing in August 2000, and Webb is accused of killing Natasha. Webb's house was reportedly where the mother and daughter were living at the time of their disappearance. The investigation was recently reinvigorated, with a reward of $20,000 offered for information leading to a resolution. Webb, who is in his 80s and claims to have dementia, has denied knowledge of what happened to Natasha. The disappearance of Susan Carter is still under investigation.
