NBA Champion and Detroit Basketball Legend Earl Cureton Dies at 66
Former Philadelphia 76ers center and two-time NBA champion Earl "The Twirl" Cureton has passed away at the age of 66. Cureton, who also played for the Detroit Pistons and several other NBA teams, was known for his contributions on the court and as a community ambassador for the Pistons. He scored 3,620 points, grabbed 3,172 rebounds, and had 678 assists during his career.
