Neighbor Arrested for Injecting Dangerous Chemicals into Couple's Home
Xuming Li, a PhD chemistry student, was caught on camera allegedly injecting opioids at the doorstep of his neighbor's home in Florida. The neighbor, Umar Abdullah, had reported an obnoxious smell and difficulty breathing for over a month before discovering Li's actions through hidden camera footage. The family's baby daughter fell ill due to the contamination, which was later found to be a liquid chemical agent containing methadone and hydrocodone. Li was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, aggravated stalking, and battery dispersed chemical agent. Abdullah plans to sue Li for domestic violence, and the condo association is also suing him for breach of contract.
