Cardinals Face Historic Home Losing Streak as LaFleur Resists Coaching Changes
The Arizona Cardinals suffered their fourth consecutive loss, falling 45-21 to the Detroit Lions, which extended their home losing streak to nine games. Head coach Mike LaFleur refused to make immediate changes to his coaching staff or starting quarterback, despite a disastrous defensive performance and mounting pressure. The team traded wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. to Houston and faces a potential franchise-record home losing streak if they lose to the Los Angeles Rams next.
