Crown Heights Unites to Elevate Simchas Beis Hashoeiva
Crown Heights rabbis, schools, community organizations and safety agencies joined in a community-wide letter ahead of this year’s Simchas Beis Hashoeiva, reaffirming a no-vending policy across Kingston Avenue to improve safety and atmosphere; the NYPD and private security will enforce the rules, and organizers plan additional programming to further enhance the celebration after last year’s positive reception.
