Fatal North Side hit-and-run leaves pedestrian dead; suspect in custody
A 25-year-old woman was killed in a chain-reaction hit-and-run on Chicago's North Side after a blue sedan struck her as she walked between parked cars near Irving Park Road; the fleeing driver caused additional crashes before being taken into custody, and the victim died at Illinois Masonic Hospital.
