Oath Keeper associates convicted for Jan. 6 Capitol riot obstruction.
Six associates of the far-right group Oath Keeper have been found guilty on charges related to the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. Four of them were convicted of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding and other felony charges, while all six were convicted of a misdemeanor related to entering the restricted grounds of the Capitol. The Justice Department has arrested roughly 1,000 people for crimes related to the Capitol breach, and investigations are still ongoing.
