6 individuals charged for Jan. 6 Capitol attack, including 3 from Minnesota and 1 from Illinois.
Three more Minnesotans have been charged with felony obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder, as well as misdemeanor counts of knowingly being in a restricted building without lawful authority and disorderly conduct in a restricted building or grounds, for their roles in the Jan. 6 Capitol attack. The three men were seen on footage captured by several law enforcement body cameras during the riot and are related. At least nine other Minnesotans have been charged in connection to the Jan. 6 attack, and the investigation remains active.
