Oh, My Doug is an upcoming hand-drawn metroidvania from Odd Men In Studios, set inside the body of a very unhealthy middle-aged man. Its grotesque, ’90s cartoon–inspired visuals place you in organ-themed realms where you can chat with a talking sperm cell and wander a cemetery in the host’s bowels, as Doug tries to get healthy.
