Bayern Munich's CEO appointment mistake and ongoing disputes.
Bayern Munich's supervisory board member Uli Hoeneß has admitted that it was a mistake to appoint Oliver Kahn as CEO. Hoeneß said that Kahn surrounded himself with advisors who created a bad atmosphere at the club and that he would have been fired even if they won the treble. Hoeneß also revealed that Kahn verbally attacked new CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen during the conversations over his dismissal, which is why he was told not to travel with the team to Köln.
