Rampant Mass Shootings in San Francisco: Suspects and Robots Under Scrutiny
The person of interest in a mass shooting in San Francisco's Mission District that injured nine people is also wanted in connection with a mass shooting in East Oakland earlier this year, according to law enforcement sources. Javier Campos is also the subject of two arrest warrants in San Mateo County for allegedly carrying a ghost gun and trafficking opiates. Campos has a prior strike conviction for robbery and carjacking in Contra Costa County. Police believe the Mission shooting was targeted and isolated, and there is no threat to the public.
