Utah School District Removes Bible from Libraries Due to Vulgarity and Violence
Several elementary and middle schools in Utah's Davis School District have removed the King James Bible from their bookshelves after a parent complained about its "sex-ridden" content. The parent cited Utah's new legislation to remove "pornographic or indecent" literature from classrooms and argued that the Bible offers "no serious values for minors" due to its "pornographic" nature.
