Harley-Davidson's Future HQ Plans: The Hub and Highland Park?
The Harley Davidson Foundation is proposing to invest $250,000 into Highland Park, adjacent to their Milwaukee headquarters, for improvements and maintenance over the next 10 years. The park would also be renamed Harley Park and become part of the Hub, a planned public park with multi-use event space for the community. Ideas for the park include open-air pavilions, benches, and ADA accessibility. Groundbreaking for the Hub is expected in the next few months, with changes to the park requiring approval by the Milwaukee County Board.
