Diablo 4's Lord of Hatred expansion drops early in the US on April 27, 2026 (pre-download starts April 23) with a worldwide simultaneous launch schedule; Patch 3.0.0 brings major QoL and balance changes (map overlay, 1,000-slot inventory, gem reworks, level cap up to 70, new season content and loot tweaks). The expansion also features an Overwatch crossover—Hatred's Reckoning (April 28–May 18) with five new legendary skins and four returning, plus Twitch Drops—and a global Crown of Hatred community challenge, plus a Korn music video tied to the launch.
