Richard Kevin Blandy, a 56-year-old man from South Lebanon Township, has been arrested by Pennsylvania Capitol Police for allegedly approaching a group of organizers at a rally in Harrisburg, yelling racial slurs, and pointing a gun at them. Blandy fled the scene but was later apprehended with the help of video evidence and eyewitness accounts. He is facing charges of ethnic intimidation, terroristic threats, simple assault, and various traffic violations. The incident is being investigated as a possible hate crime.
