Omaha Pool Business Owner Arrested for Deceptive Theft, Customers React
The owner of a pool business in Omaha, Aaron Stanger, has been charged with seven counts of theft by deception over $5,000. Stanger allegedly collected 95% of the total cost of each project but failed to complete the work, leaving homeowners out of $507,000 in total. State investigators have found numerous complaints against Stanger, who also faces 17 civil lawsuits. His bond is set at $2 million, and he has a preliminary hearing scheduled for January 17th.
