Embracer Group has sold Saber Interactive for $247 million as part of its ongoing restructuring efforts to reduce its net debt of over $1.5 billion. The company is expected to make more divestments in the coming months to strengthen its balance sheet. Potential sales candidates include operating groups such as THQ Nordic, Plaion, Gearbox, Crystal Dynamics/Eidos Montreal, Asmodee Group, Dark Horse Media, Coffee Stain, Amplifier Game Invest, Deca Games, Easybrain, and Freemode. Embracer's CEO has indicated that multiple sales are in the works, with announcements likely after the end of the financial year on March 31.
