Two more Republican electors in Georgia, Shawn Still and Cathy Latham, who participated in casting votes for Donald Trump despite Joe Biden winning the state, have requested their cases to be moved to federal court, following former state Republican Party Chairman David Shafer's earlier request. They argue that as federal officials acting in a federal capacity, their cases should be heard in U.S. District Court.
