Arrest Made in Double Homicide Outside Radcliff Waffle House
A 33-year-old man, Rodshad Bowser-Highsmith, has been arrested in connection with a shooting outside a Waffle House in Radcliff, Kentucky, that left two men dead. The victims were identified as Carlos Bello and Shane Estrada. Bowser-Highsmith was captured on surveillance discussing taking a firearm from one of the victims before following through on the plan. He has admitted to being involved in the shooting and is facing charges of complicity to murder, attempted murder, and robbery. Police anticipate another arrest but have not provided details on the possible second suspect.
