Binance pulls out of Netherlands due to regulatory hurdles.
Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange, is leaving the Dutch market after failing to meet registration requirements to operate as a virtual asset service provider. The company had been operating in the Netherlands without permission from regulators and had been fined for the same reason in January. Binance has also recently announced plans to leave Cyprus, Canada, and Australia, but has received registration in other European Union countries and will continue to operate there.
