A Jacksonville homeowner is in a legal battle to remove squatters from her rental property after they claimed to have signed a lease through a rental scam. The women living in the home say they have every right to be there, but the homeowner has spent nearly $5,000 in attorney's fees trying to get them out. The squatters were previously listed as a fraud scheme in December at another nearby house, and the homeowner is now suing to get them out.
